It is my Unforgettable Experience

      On October 19,2011  MAN Banyuwangi held the olympics including Arabic lesson,English,mathematics,
Physics,Biology,economics,geography,and computer.The selection began at 01.00 p.m.Firstly,I just tried to join English test.Wow,It was rather difficult.But,I was grateful.I was in the first rank.
       After that,I prepared everything to join English olympic in Surabaya.Fortunately,some of my teachers like Mr.Sandi,Mr.Salman,and Mr.Handoyo gave me the examples of English test.Besides,my parents also motivated me so that I always studied and prayed to God.Actually,I was rather nervous because it is the first time for me to join the English olympic in province level.But,I used the chance as good as possible.
       I departed to Surabaya on November 4,2011 at 08.30 p.m with some of my friends and two teachers by car.We arrived there in the morning.After that,we prayed subuh,took a bath and wore school uniform.At 07.00 we wanted to have breakfast.But,the rice in some of canteens had been sold out.So,we should be patient.Fortunately,we brought some foods from our home.
       The competitions held at 09.00.When I was doing the test,I found some difficult questions.But,I was optimistic because there were many motivations from my parents,friends in MAN Banyuwangi,and teachers.After finishing,I met my friends who joined another lesson.They told me that the competitions were very difficult.We prayed to God so that we could get good result.
        The result of these olympics announced at 01.30.One of my friends from MAN Banyuwangi who joined mathematics registered in the next selection.So,we should waited him until 03.00.He couldn't win the competition.But,we were proud of him.I was also grateful,although I couldn't win the English olympic.I was still in 26 out of 90 participants.Not only my parents were satisfied but my teachers as well.They advised us to keep our studying.Maybe,we can make it someday.Amin........................... 

Hello,Mr.Let me introduce my self.My name is Nora Firdausi(grade X.8).I am from SMP N 1 Banyuwangi.I live in Kabat.I was born in Banyuwangi,23 th January 1996.My hobbies are reading books and learning English.The books can enrich my knowledge.I like English very much because English is important for my future.I want to be an English teacher or guide.After graduated from junior high school,I decided to continue my study in MAN Banyuwangi.Because I think MAN Banyuwangi can educate the students not only in knowledge but also in religious.Besides,it has many programs and one of them is language.I want to take the language program because I want to improve my English.That's all my explanation.Thank you very much.
